WEB DEVELOPER - Entry Level

We are looking for a web designer/developer to join our in-house team. Someone with some experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right entry level person who has a degree or programming diploma and has a strong handle on web design and programming concepts.

The best candidates will have strong knowledge of web development practices and technologies. Must be well versed in web site development and design.

Web Design & Development requirements include:

• Design and build web solutions.
• Develop graphics, user interface features, site navigation, and static and data-driven web site pages.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, ASP/VBScript or PHP, JavaScript, MS-SQL or MySQL
• Must be skilled in Dreamweaver
• Be familiar with any of Photoshop, PhotoPaint, Flash, Illustrator, or CorelDraw
• Ability to effectively manage time and schedules
• Possess a good eye for clean, attractive layout, design and typography
• Must be detail oriented
• Knowledge of current web design best practices and industry standards
• Must possess strong written and communication skills
• Ability to clearly communicate project status and trouble resolutions
• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time and able to prioritize effectively

Additional skills with the following would be helpful:

• Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Search Engine Optimization Techniques
• Graphics Design
• jQuery
• Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

Candidate MUST submit at least 4 URLs of previous work demonstrating their prowess and experience in order to be considered for this position.

Compensation based on experience, skills, leadership and professionalism. We are highly committed to obtaining the right Web Developer to join in our success.
Salary range: $30,000 - $50,000
