Objective

Our client was tasked to execute educational activities across the country. With over 190,000 physicians in their call list, they turned to Nariel for a solution.

Problems

Our client didn’t have the technology to reach and recruit effectively. The challenges were threefold: Geographical spread (entire country), resources (budget and manpower), and tracking calls (and effectiveness).

Solution

We developed a system that geographically segmented their recruitment list to target physicians closest to the intended venues. We also added a multi-channel process that allowed them to easily recruit by phone, email, and fax. And we built step-by-step input forms to minimize the effort of tracking and reporting.

Results

The system made the whole process easy, fast and cost efficient to use.
